What is the mission of the Warrenton Youth Soccer Club? The founders of WYSC created the league as a place where children of all ages and abilities could learn about sports while having fun. The emphasis is on learning, teamwork and sportsmanship.
Hope has been around sports for as long as she can remember. She played soccer and was on the swim team growing up. Hope enjoys the competitive aspect of sports and the excitement from knowing you did your best. Over the last year, she assisted the WYSC U13 Mustangs with scoring, referee and getting the players ready to learn and be prepared to score and ref at tournaments. Hope also assisted the coach when needed at practice and gained valuable knowledge.
Travel is the next level and the training and hard work you put in translates to the court and progression of the players. Hope believe in focus, honest effort and teamwork. One person doesn't make a team, it’s how everyone works and plays together, always doing your best. Her goal is to help the team continue their growth while gaining knowledge of working hard while having fun.
Some of the great aspects of participating in sports can be carried through life - hard work, passion for what you do and confidence.
Hope holds her Safe Sport, Impact certifications through USA Volleyball and working towards Cap I and Cap II certifications.

Tim has been coaching Volleyball for 3 season's now, making travel my fourth season. He has a daughter in her second year of college and my youngest, who plays volleyball, is in middle school. She is in her second year (4th season) and has completely fallen in love with the sport. Her love and drive for volleyball has given me a whole new outlook on the sport all together. Coach Jones truly enjoy coaching and working with each player. Watching them work hard to improve and grow in volleyball is pretty amazing.
He is looking forward to working with all the players come this travel season.
